This is a continuation of various countries, some who had prior connections to the Nazis during WW2, but all helped Nazis escape justice listing them below. There are many countries in South America let in Nazis after WW2, like in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Paraguay. Many Nazis escaped through use of Ratlines or secret networks. Through the help of South American Politicians, the Vatican and US Intelligence, Nazis could escape to various countries in South America according to All that's Interesting. One such politician to help these Nazis would be Juan Peron, the President of Argentina who admired European dictators, such as Benito Mussolini and Adolf Hitler. According to All That's Interesting it says “Peron’s admiration stemmed from his time as a military Attaché in Italy and his relationships with SS agents. Additionally, Peron saw the Nuremberg Trials as an “insult to military honor” and sought to bring scientists, engineers, and nuclear experts into Argentina. So, in 1946, History reports that Peron enlisted Argentine Cardinal Antonio Caggiano to open a dialogue with his French counterparts. Caggiano then let them know that Argentina would be willing to accept Nazi collaborators. The ratlines were officially open. And before long, others would join Peron in helping Nazis escape from Europe and start new lives in South America.” Below is a video from the History Channel of Adolf Eichmann, a Nazi who served under Reinhard Heydrich according to Holocaust Encyclopedia but found refuge in Argentina and was later captured by Mossad, Israel's intelligence agency. Angel of Death in South America: Josef Mengele also known as the “Angel of Death” was appointed as chief doctor at Auschwitz by Heinrich Himmler. He and his staff where he supervised incoming Jews for labor or extermination and he supervised medical experiments on inmates to discover means of increasing fertility (to increase the German race). However, his main interest was his experiments on twins and his experiments often resulted in deaths of the subjects. After WW2 he fled to Argentina and gained citizenship there in 1959. However, after Israeli agents captured Adolf Eichmann for trial, he fled to Paraguay correctly believing Israel was after him and with support from his family he spent the rest of his life in Sao Paulo, Brazil until he suffered a stroke in 1979 and drowned while swimming. His remains were later identified in June 1985 and in 1992 with DNA evidence Josef Mengele was positively identified, and he evaded arrest for 34 years and was never brought to justice according to Holocaust Encyclopedia. USA The United States brought in Nazis from after the war for Operation Paperclip, a government program where Austrian and German scientists and technicians after WWII were taken in by the US to exploit their knowledge for military and industrial purposes. The operation would last for 2 years but would then have similar operations emerge in 1962. The project was approved by Harry S. Truman in 1946 according to Britannica. They were seen of scientific value by the US even though many of those scientists had done human experimentation, like Otto Ambros and also did experiments involving slave labor in the concentration camps, like for building their rockets and missiles. Nazis got USA to the Moon: The program recruited various Nazi scientists, like Wernher von Braun who helped develop the V-2 rocket for Nazi Germany and was a part of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration or NASA where he helped with many projects. According to the Collector, it says “Wernher von Braun, despite his controversial affiliation with the Nazi Party, played a pivotal role in the successful development of the Redstone, the United States’ nuclear-armed ballistic missile program. He and his team successfully developed and launched Explorer I, the first United States satellite. In 1960, he became part of NASA, developing the Saturn V rocket, which was used in the Apollo program, ultimately leading to the successful landing of the United States on the moon in 1969.” Also, NASA still honored these Nazi scientists, like Debus and von Braun, despite their crimes according to the Forward. Von Braun has a university research center and annual symposium in Huntsville, Alabama named after him. More Nazis at NASA under JFK: Also, there were many more Nazis in America, like Kurt H Debus who was not only the director of the Kennedy Space Center, but he was also a member of the SS or Schutzstaffel. According to the Forward it says “In his work at Peenemünde, Debus was an officer in the SS, the Nazi Party’s military wing, involved in constructing Germany’s V-2 rockets. These Antisemites want the Jews dead: Also many antisemites have called for or acted to kill Jews. For example BBC reporter Samer made antisemitic posts according to Daily Mail it says “A journalist who featured on the BBC's Arabic channel has called for Jews to be 'burned as Hitler did' in sickening social media posts. Samer Elzaenen has appeared on the channel several times reporting on the conflict.” Another example would be Mohamed Sabry Soliman who was was responsible for Boulder attack which injured 12 Jewish protestors at Boulder, Colorado according to NBC News which said “The man accused of launching an "antisemitic attack" that injured at least 12 protesters with a "makeshift flamethrower" and Molotov cocktails in downtown Boulder on Sunday had "no regrets" and wanted his targets to die, Colorado officials said. Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, posed as a gardener to get closer to the group of Jewish protesters, police and prosecutors said at a news conference Monday as the city's Jewish community reels from the attack.” Another example would be Elias Rodriguez who murdered Israeli diplomats, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, DC according to the New York Post which says “The feds have a mountain of evidence against alleged homegrown terrorist Elias Rodriguez, who is charged with gunning down a pair of young Israeli diplomats outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, DC, in May, prosecutors revealed.”  2022 Neo Nazis spreading antisemitic propaganda and stepping on Israeli flag. Discrimination Against Jews: Also, some Jews are facing discrimination, such as not being allowed to enter certain places and I've listed just a few out of many examples below. One example would by at the UCLA or University of California, Los Angeles where pro-Jihadist protestors have blocked Jewish students from going to where they need to go on campus according to CBS Los Angeles, where it says “It's the sixth day of the pro-Palestinian encampment at UCLA's quad. It's also crunch time for midterms and some students are being blocked from entering certain parts of campus, including Powell Library. "Can you move this thing from my face?" one student said while encountering protesters. "Let me go. Let me pass. I am trying to get to the library." Asher Taxon, a freshman public affairs student at UCLA, said he and his Jewish classmates said they have faced challenges since the pro-Palestinian rally started last Thursday. "It is scary being a Jewish student at UCLA. It is not safe right now," he said. "The university is not protecting us at all. We voiced our complaints. We voiced our concerns. We are getting denied. We are not getting acknowledged." Below is another example where in Flensburg, Germany a sign is put up that says "Jews are banned from here! Nothing personal. No antisemitism. The KKK or Ku Klux Klan is responsible for many lynchings, riots, murders and other violent actions against Black Americans, immigrants and also less widely known, Jews, like for example this threatening letter to children of Jewish Lithuanian immigrants to leave Tulsa, Oklahoma and there are other antisemitic attacks they've done which I will further talk about below. Source the Librarians, click the photo to access the link. The First Lynching of a Jew in 1868: Samuel Bierfield was a carpetbagger and a Jew who was lynched by the KKK in 1868 in Tennessee. According to Paul Berger of the Forward, it says “Today, the few Jews who know Bierfield’s name remember him as the first Jew to be lynched by the KKK, a categorization that implies that it was specifically Bierfield’s Jewishness that marked him out for death.” The article further says that Bierfield treated Black Americans with respect and empathy which gave the KKK more reason to want to lynch him. The article also noted that the makers of the tombstone spelled his name wrong and maybe got the date wrong too. More Lynchings/Killings of Jews, more particularly Leo Frank: The lynching or killing of Jews didn’t stop there, in 1903 Abraham Surasky, a Jewish peddler was murdered by being shot several times then axed twice in the head, also in 1915 and maybe the most famous lynching of a Jew was Leo Frank who was falsely accused of the murder of Mary Phagan. According to Wendell Rawls Jr. of the New York Times, it says “The mob handcuffed Mr. Frank transported him back to Marietta and hanged him from a oak tree a stone's throw from Miss Phagan's birthplace. In the aftermath of terror, about half the 3,000 Jews in Georgia left the state. Those who remained hid behind locked doors, forced to survive a widespread boycott of Jewish businesses. The Frank trial marked the rebirth of a moribund Ku Klux Klan movement that grew out of the Knights of Mary Phagan, and it also gave rise to the formation of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith.'' Even Further Lynchings and killings of Jews: Even with the Anti-Defamation League there were still hangings and killings of Jews, like in 1925, Jewish man Joseph Needleman was kidnapped by a white mob and taken to a cemetery where he was castrated and left to die, but fortunately he survived, but barely. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Jews Andrew Goodman and Michael Schwerner who were civil rights activists along with James Chaney who were murdered. According to Andrew Silow-Carroll of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, it says “Andrew Goodman and Michael Schwerner are about the closest American Jews have to secular saints. The two Jewish civil rights workers traveled south for the Freedom Summer campaign of 1964, joining the African-American activist James Chaney in canvassing black churches. Modern KKK Antisemitism: The KKK is still rooted in bigotry today, believing that Jews are in control of the media and finances along with other conspiracy theories. No better example of that today than David Duke, a former Grand wizard of the KKK. According to an article from CBS News, it says “Under investigation by federal agents at home in the United States, white supremacist David Duke has taken his crusade against Jews and non-Europeans to Russia, which he now sees as "the key to white survival." The article also goes on to further say “Duke's ideas that white people are threatened by the growth of nonwhite populations and by "Jewish supremacism"....” Also, another article by Martin A. Lee of Southern Poverty Law Center, Detailing David Duke, it says “What’s more, Duke maintains that conniving Jews run the economy and the media; they use blacks as pawns in an ongoing war against white Christians; Communism was a Jewish creation; and the Holocaust either never happened or has been greatly exaggerated. Source Holocaust Encyclopedia Occultism is a religion that was popular among the Nazis, like Deputy Fuhrer Rudolf Hess who did Astrology and Reich Minister Alfred Rosenberg who was a member of the Thule Society, and also the Reichsfuhrer and Architect of the Holocaust known as Heinrich Himmler. Himmler the Occultist and architect of the Holocaust: For those who don’t know who Heinrich Himmler is, according to the Holocaust Encyclopedia, Heinrich Himmler | Holocaust Encyclopedia, Himmler was the Reich Leader or Reichsfuhrer of the SS of the Nazi Party from 1929 to 1945. Heinrich Himmler was considered both inside and outside of the Third Reich as the second most powerful man after Adolf Hitler in Germany during WWII. He was responsible for security of the Nazi Empire, also key and senior Nazi official responsible for conceiving implementation of the “Final Solution,” the Nazi plan to murder Jews from Europe. Himmler’s obsession with the Occult: Himmler was not only head of the Schutzstaffel, but he was obsessed with the occult and incorporated it into the SS. According to an article by Matt Davis of Big Think, The Nazis' love affair with the occult - Big Think, it says “Himmler, who was an avid follower of the occult, consulted Wiligut on a wide variety of issues. Using Wiligut’s prophecies, Himmler chose the castle Wewelsburg to serve as a base of operations for his SS troops and established a room in the castle with a crystal representing the Holy Grail. Wiligut also helped in the design of the rune-covered death’s head rings that the SS troops wore, personal awards that Himmler issued himself.” Karl Maria Wiligut was Himmler’s personal occultist and who also wrote the book “The Secret King”, who the article says believed to be a descendant from a line of Kings and that German culture dated back to 228,000 BC where the Earth had three suns and giants roamed the land. Himmler’s archaeological Occult Division of the SS: Heinrich Himmler also had an archaeological Occult Division of the SS known as the Ahnenerbe. From an article by the Daily Mail by James Clark Reynolds, The real-life Raiders of the Lost Ark: How Hitler collected thousands of mystical tomes and ordered archaeological digs to discover fabled 'divine' civilisation | Daily Mail Online, it says “From 1935 to 1945 the SS oversaw the ‘Ahnenerbe’, an organization tasked with promoting racial doctrines and searching the world for evidence of historical Aryan civilizations, financing digs at old Viking trading posts for mythical ‘Nordic’ relics.” Also, another article by Brittney Jackson of the Collector, Himmler, Hitler, & Occultism: The Nazi Search for the Arcane | TheCollector, it further states about the Ahnenerbe saying “Ahnenerbe, or Ancestral Heritage, was an institute founded in 1935 by Heinrich Himmler, Hermann Wirth and Richard Walther Darré to conduct research on the cultural history of the Aryans. Himmler saw the Ahnenerbe as a way to uncover ancient Germanic traditions, strengthen Nazi ideology, and prove the tenacity of the Aryan race through their supposed Viking Heritage. The group conducted expeditions worldwide, including most famously to Tibet and Scandinavia, searching for evidence of ancient Aryan civilizations and their mystical practices.” The SS Occult Division’s purpose to justify the Holocaust: The main purpose of the Ahnenerbe was to look for archaeological evidence for Himmler to use to justify the Holocaust. According to an article by Daniel Rennie and edited by John Kuroski of All That's Interesting, Ahnenerbe: The Nazis' Efforts To Prove Their Aryan Race Theories, it says “Germanic artifacts found in European countries occupied by “Lower Races” were used as proof that the land belonged to the German people and justified Nazi invasion and conquest. This of course further justified vile medical experiments on the “Lower Races”, specifically Jews in concentration camps which was conducted under the Ahnenerbe’s Institute for Scientific Research for military purposes.” Some of those experiments include Professor August Hirt’s collecting of over a hundred skeletons from the victims of those experiments, some of whom were alive at the time of extracting the skeletons from their bodies. Also Dr. Sigmund Rascher of the Luftwaffe who would freeze his prisoners in vats of ice water for three to fourteen hours at a time then would revive them through raising their temperatures by boiling them, the use of sleeping bags and having prostitutes have sex with them also if they survived the experiment they were then shot. Dr. Rascher would also conduct an experiment to test a coagulant called Polygal and he would test its effectiveness on subjects he had shot in the chest or had their limbs amputated without anesthesia according to the article. How is Islam tied to Nazism? Hajj Amin al-Husayni, who is raising his hand and the 13th Waffen-SS Mountain Division on the right, source All Thats Interesting. Islam was also another religion that the Nazis admired and also had allies from the Middle East who were Muslim, which means follower of Islam, who also joined or were recruited to Nazi military organizations, like the Schutzstaffel and the Wehrmacht. Nazi Muslim leader’s riots against Jews: One of those allies was the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem who is known as Hajj Amin al-Husayni. Hajj Amin al-Husayni according to the Holocaust Encyclopedia, Hajj Amin al-Husayni: Arab Nationalist and Muslim Leader | Holocaust Encyclopedia, was responsible for a series of riots against Jews and also British and French forces in the Middle East. One of those riots occurred in August 1929 according to the article it says that “In August 1929, anti-Jewish violence again erupted in Palestine. On August 23, Arab crowds marched into the orthodox Jewish quarter of Jerusalem and initiated a wave of violence over access for Jews to the Western Wall, or Wailing Wall, in Jerusalem that degenerated into regional violence that left 133 Jews and 116 Arabs dead, and 339 Jews and 232 Arabs injured. Al-Husayni cultivated the perception that the demand of the Jews for free access to the wall (the holiest place for Jews) had threatened the very existence of the al-Aqsa and Dome of the Rock shrines (one of the holiest sites in Islam). He thus exacerbated religious tension, infused the secular issues of Jewish immigration and land purchases with religious fervor, internationalized the political dispute by equating the Jewish presence in Palestine with an existential threat to the Muslim faith, and enhanced his own political position among the Palestinian Arab leaders. That al-Husayni explicitly encouraged or incited the violence is not documented; yet he did not do much to prevent it.” Nazi Muslim Leader, the Grand Mufti: Also, according to a statement by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum made on Oct 7, 2015, it says that not only was he the Grand Mufti, but he was also a known antisemite and also a willing collaborator with the Nazis. He also supported the Nazi German’s annihilation of the Jewry in the world. Muslim Division of the Nazi SS: One of those military units was the Waffen-SS Division known as the 13th Waffen-SS Mountain Division or “Handschar.” According to the Holocaust Encyclopedia or Hajj Amin al-Husayni: Wartime Propagandist | Holocaust Encyclopedia, it says “that in February 1943 the SS decided to recruit Bosnian Muslims for a new division of the Waffen SS and SS Office Main Chief Beger enlisted al-Husayni for a recruiting drive in Bosnia from March 30 to April 11. On April 29, Berger reported that 24,000 to 27,000 recruits had signed up and said the “visit of the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem had had an extraordinarily successful impact.” Al-Husayni and the SS repeatedly referred to the success of the 13th Waffen-SS Mountain Division which is also known as “Handschar.” Al Husayni also spoke to the military Imam of the division, stressing the importance of maintaining the principles of Islam also “strengthening cooperation between the Muslims and their ally Germany,” and identifying the common enemies faced by Muslims and Germans: World Jewry, England and its allies and Bolshevism.” Muslim Division of the Nazi Army: Another Islamic group was the Free Arabian Legion for the Nazis was a division of the military unit known as the Wehrmacht. The Free Arabian Legion according an article on All That's Interesting website written by John Kuroski and edited by Savannah Cox, The Free Arabian Legion, The Black And Muslim Volunteer Army Of The Nazis, it says “What we know, at least according to Nigel Thomas’ the German Army 1939-45(2) North Africa & the Balkans, is the Free Arabian Legion came together in Tunisia in January 1943 as an outgrowth of the German-Arab Training Battalion, formed by the Nazis one year later.” The article further goes on to talk about how they were taken as prisoners after involuntary serving in the French and British Armies, but many did so as volunteers and some came from Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia and beyond. Hitler loved the religion, Islam: Also, Hitler admired the religion Islam. From an article from the Wall Street Journal written by Dominic Green, Book Review: ‘Atatürk in the Nazi Imagination’ by Stefan Ihrig and ‘Islam and Nazi Germany’s War’ by David Motadel - WSJ, it says “Its been our misfortune to have the wrong religion,” Hitler complained to his pet architect Albert Speer. “Why did it have to be Christianity, with its meekness and flabbiness?” Islam was a Männerreligion or a “religion of men” and hygienic too. The Catholic or the Christian religion has a very antisemitic history, like the first crusade in 1096 also known as the Rhineland Massacre, they also called Jews "Kidnappers and killers of Christian children", also called them "Christ killers" and also the antisemitic figure, German priest and theologian Martin Luther who was originally a catholic before becoming protestant and his writings were used to fuel Nazi Germany’s agenda. Nazis and Priest Martin Luther: According to an article written by Ari Feldman of the Forward, Nazis Used Martin Luther’s Anti-Semitism it says, “The Nazis were particularly enamored of Luther’s 1543 work The Jews And Their Lies.” Ari Feldman also later talks about how they made Luther’s birthday a national holiday. “In November 1933, the Nazis marked the 450th anniversary of Luther’s birth with a nationwide “German Luther Day.” Party Leaders praised Luther’s “ethno-nationalist mission,” and called their movement “the completion of the German Reformation of the Third Reich.” Also, Nazi propagandists also celebrated the fact that the infamous Kristallnacht night of violence against Jews in 1938 fell over Luther’s birthday.” What was the “Night of Broken Glass” that occurred on Martin Luther's Birthday: For those that don’t know according to the Holocaust Encyclopedia, The "Night of Broken Glass" | Holocaust Encyclopedia, the Kristallnacht or “The Night of Broken Glass” or the “November Pogrom” happened after the assassination of Nazi German diplomat Ernst vom Rath in Paris on November 7th by Herschel Grynszpan, a Polish Jew who acted out of despair after his parents were expelled from Germany to Poland which the Nazis used to incite antisemitic fervor by saying Grynspan shooting Rath was a wider Jewish conspiracy against Germany. On November 9th when Roth died from his wounds Nazi Propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels made an antisemitic speech. With Hitler’s permission, Goebbels called for an attack on Germany’s Jews and once the speech ended, Nazi officials called their home districts and communicated Goebbels instructions which resulted in the “Night of Broken Glass.” Members of the Nazi Party’s paramilitaries the Schutzstaffel or SS, the Sturmabteilung or SA, and the Hitler Youth attacked the Jewish communities of Germany in a riot they wanted to make look like an unplanned outburst of popular anger against the Jews. During the riot they burned Synagogues, vandalized Jewish businesses, desecrated their cemeteries, broken into homes, beaten and killed hundreds of Jews both during and after, also 30,000 innocent Jewish men were arrested simply for being Jews then later sent to concentration camps, like Dachau and Buchen where they were beaten, humiliated, some were killed and some were released only if they had proof that they and their families would leave Germany. Catholic Priests who were Nazi Collaborators: Also, there were several Nazi collaborators who were Catholic Priests, like Polish Collaborator Stanisław Trzeciak and Slovak President Jozef Tiso, but there was one who killed Jews in person whose name is Andras Kun. Andras Kun according to an article by Nisha Rathode of Alchetron, András Kun - Alchetron, The Free Social Encyclopedia, it says Andras Kun was a Roman Catholic Priest for the Franciscan monastery and the commander of the death squad for the Hungarian Pro-Nazi Party the Arrow Cross Party. When he enrolled in the Arrow Cross Party in 1944 during the German Invasion of Hungary, he took part in the party’s seizure of power by distributing weapons. Soon after the SS and the Arrow Cross commenced the extermination of Hungary's Jews which Kun commanded the death squad wearing his Cassock and Armband armed with a holstered pistol. Also on January 12, 1945, Kun and his squad broke into a Jewish Hospital in Maros Street known as the Hospital of the Buda Chevra Kadisha where 149 Jews were killed. He and his squad also invaded sheltered Housing and abducted 500 Jews and shot them all and threw their bodies in the Danube River.
